  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • We offer standard shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: £1.99 (1-2 business days)
  • Free standard shipping on orders over £50.

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are for reference only and commence from the date of shipping. Delays due to customs, bad weather, or other uncontrollable events may extend delivery times.

  • Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Mumkin Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order through our carrier’s website.
  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times to these addresses may vary.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Some items are restricted for shipping to certain locations. If there are any restrictions, it will be noted in the product description.

Damages and Issues:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@mumkinstore.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
